We offer in store credit for all exchanges. Exchange must be made within 14 days from receiving your product. Not applicable to opened makeup/skincare products.  We guarantee our hair care products. This means if you give something a try, and it’s just not for you, we offer a no questions asked exchange for a product that would work better! **This does not apply to products that are more than 1/4 gone.
